How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in all Domestic and International orders.
Is there any taxes and duties that applies to international shipping?
KXNGS Covers the cost of tax and import duties for all countries we ship to, and there are no additional charges.
How can I track my order status?
You can check the status of your delivery using the DHL tracking information sent to you once your package is dispatched or in our tracking centre here.
Tracking shows my label has been created, but there’s no movement. Why is this?
It may take 1-2 business days for your shipping status to be updated. If your tracking information does not appear 2 business days after shipping confirmation, please email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
My package says “delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?
Your package may be delivered to a mailroom, building doorman, concierge, or even a neighbor who accepted the package in your absence. Please check-in with those individuals first. If you do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
